How should the sweets be stored?

Keep the original packaging in a cool (58°f-65°f) dry place and serve within a week maximum. Carefully plastic wrap the box and refrigerate to extends the deliciousness of our hilou upto 4 weeks. Take out 1 hour before serving.

Can I return my product?

All our products are edible and cannot be returned. However, our policy is: Let us know what went wrong and we will make it right!

Can I personalise my products?

If you would like to purchase a product from us and prefer to make amends before purchase please let us know prior by inserting the information on the 'notes' section and we'll try our best to provid to you an exceptional personalised service.

Can I order something that's not in the menu?
